Most vacancies require work experience, and I do not have it. Where to start?
Start with traineeship — free, as well. Keep on learning new things, improve your technology stack. Follow tendencies of IT market and don't be afraid to take first steps on your own.
What should I put in a cover letter?
1. Information about what you want to do (or which vacancy you are applying for)

There is no perfect CV, there are dozens of options. A resume is the first thing a recruiter sees when getting acquainted with your candidacy. Take enough time to write your resume: look at the samples, choose the one you like, describe your experience in details and don't forget to write your contacts.
